I use firebug and I can see from the graphic files the the top of the "box" is Before, followed by Middle and then After. But I can't seem to get the top and bottom to show properly. There is an option for administrators to have the header positioned normally, but I guess it makes sense to have an end user option as well (no sure on the best way to display it though).
