This the site I've done work for Cameron on. It not up yet at the time of writing this, but I've created a online order form for them. There is a test version you can play with, but please don't submit too may orders.
What I really like about the order form is that I received it as a PDF mockup and was pretty much able to reproduce it only using a text editor and MS Paint (yeah, I know I need to install gimp or photoshop or something).

The RoboCup Soccer Simulator

This is the website for the simulator I maintain/hack on. There are currently two simulators doing the rounds, a 2D and a 3D simulator. I lead the 2D developement effort, which thankfully is now in maintenance mode (no new features required). My only work on the 3D simulator has been to port it partially to OS X. I say partially because it uses a middleware library called SPADES which I have also partially ported to OS X, but I haven't ported some of the process tracking features that the 3D simulator requires.

This is the site I developed for my Mum, so I wouldn't have to teach her html. It manages an online news letter for her. She enters articles via an admin form, which get stored in a mysql database. Pages are then generated dynamically based on the database contents. Don't blame me for the colour scheme.

Louie & Nat, also friends of mine have a small business doing custom design invites and cards. The stuff the make is really cool. If you need an invite done, its definitely the place to go.
